Welcome to Progreda. To proceed with your Activation, please read and tick each box.

I understand that to log in to my CRM after my account has been transferred to Progreda, I will go to app.progreda.com. I must click on "Forgot Password" to create a new password, then log in using my old email and newly created password at app.progreda.com.

I understand that starting today, all charges for my account will be billed by Progreda.com as part of the transfer process. These charges include both my subscription fee and additional usage costs for text messages, phone calls, and email usage. On average, Progreda customers pay an additional $20 to $75 per month for these services, depending on usage. I agree to these charges and understand they are my responsibility.

I understand that if I need to cancel or make changes to my subscription following a sub-account transfer or snapshot transfer, I must email [email protected] to request these adjustments.

I understand that as part of a snapshot transfer, certain data will not transfer automatically and will require manual recreation in my Progreda account. This includes contacts, conversations, reporting data, custom values, chat widget customizations, company settings from the “Company Settings” tab, and tracking codes applied on websites or funnels. Additionally, active subscriptions such as WordPress, Yext, WhatsApp, Dedicated IP, Mailgun/SMTP settings, and Smartlists may also require manual setup. I understand that I am responsible for manually recreating these assets if they are not automatically transferred.

I understand that if both my previous CRM agency and Progreda use LeadConnector during the sub-account transfer, my phone numbers will automatically transfer to Progreda, and all future phone usage charges will be billed by Progreda. However, if either agency uses Twilio, my phone numbers will not automatically transfer. In this case, I am responsible for working with my previous account owner and Twilio to ensure my phone numbers are moved successfully.

I understand that Progreda may have different platform features, workflows, and settings compared to my previous CRM after a sub-account transfer or snapshot transfer. I acknowledge that I may need to adjust my processes accordingly. I also recognize that some custom features and configurations may not function exactly as they did in my previous CRM, and I am responsible for identifying and resolving these differences with Progreda’s support team.

I understand that custom features such as custom values, chat widget configurations, and tracking codes (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel) will not automatically transfer during a snapshot transfer. I accept that I am responsible for manually rebuilding these features as needed.

I confirm that I am authorized to approve the sub-account transfer of my account to Progreda and understand that this transfer is final. Once the transfer is complete, I understand that ownership and billing responsibilities will be fully transferred to Progreda.

I understand that interruptions in service may occur during the transition process for both sub-account transfers and snapshot transfers. I accept responsibility for ensuring my account is fully functional after the transfer and will actively test my assets to confirm everything is operating as expected. I acknowledge that while Progreda will provide guidance during the transition, I am responsible for confirming my account's readiness post-transfer.

I understand that to activate my Progreda account, I will need to pay a $1 activation fee, which will be credited back to my account.

I understand that after submitting the activation form, I will be taken to a second page where I can schedule my kickoff call with my dedicated Customer Success Manager. This call is essential for maximizing the value of Progreda for my business.

I understand that Progreda’s policies are designed to ensure a smooth transition and protect my account’s integrity. By acknowledging these terms, I confirm my understanding of the conditions outlined above and agree to proceed with the account transfer.
